Scot, owner/stylist, has over 30 years experience in the hair styling industry and has been in the Aveda network for 20 years.

Before opening Scot Matthew Salon in 1998, Scot worked various salons in Southwestern Michigan and enjoyed the opportunity to have worked at a salon in the trendy, upscale 'Buckhead' area of Atlanta, Georgia.

Besides working behind the chair, Scot has also managed a beauty college and several salons. Now, in his own salon, Scot revels in the relationships and styles he creates, as well as the superior work of his staff.

Scot and his team are proud to have been recognized as one of "Salon Today" magazines Top 200 fastest growing salons.

Shelly has over 17 years in the Aveda Network and has been with Scot Matthew Salon since its start in 1998.

Shelly is gifted in her craft and customer service oriented which makes her a valuable component to our team.

Shelly specializes in Aveda hair color, skin care and cosmetics.

Brandi made the perfect addition to our team in 2004.

She brought with her a vibrant young attitude which is expressed in her flair for cutting and styling and she has a gifted way of consulting with her clients, which ensures they leave happy.

Brandi has a passion for learning and attends ongoing education both inside and outside the salon.
